Refund Policy

All purchases made through Design Vault are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. This policy applies to all digital products, downloadable resources, and virtual design consultations purchased through thedesignvault.co.
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products and their electronic delivery, all digital guide purchases are final. Once a purchase has been completed, Design Vault does not offer discretionary refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits. This includes accidental or duplicate purchases, changes of mind, purchasing the incorrect product, failure to download or use purchased materials, or dissatisfaction with the content.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions and details carefully before completing a purchase.
Virtual Design Consultations
All virtual consultation bookings are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Consultation fees reserve dedicated appointment time and are not eligible for discretionary refunds or credits due to missed appointments, changes of mind, unused consultation time, or dissatisfaction with the guidance provided.
Requests to reschedule an appointment are subject to availability and any scheduling conditions disclosed during booking. Rescheduling is not guaranteed. If Design Vault is unable to provide a scheduled consultation, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative appointment or provide any remedy required by applicable law.
Digital Delivery Assistance
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. If you experience difficulty receiving your purchase, opening a file, or accessing a download link, please contact whitley@thedesignvault.co. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified technical delivery issues and ensure you can access the product you purchased.
Technical assistance does not alter the final sale status of a purchase or limit any rights provided by applicable law.
Acknowledgment of Policy
By completing a purchase through Design Vault, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy and understand that all sales are final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
